Migrify.AI ("we", "us") operates a free loan calculator and lender-matching service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. The short version: the calculators work without giving us any personal information; if you choose to connect with lending partners, we pass along the details you submit so they can contact you with quotes.

Information we collect

Information you submit. If you use the "connect with lenders" form, we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code, self-reported credit score range, and the loan details you entered in the calculator (such as price, down payment, rate, and term).
Email results. If you use "email me these results," we use the address you enter only to send that one email through our email provider (Resend). We don't store it or add you to any mailing list.
Automatic information. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address and general location (country) to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
Cookies and advertising data. We show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, bank details, or credit reports, and we never run a credit check. Using the calculators has no impact on your credit score.

How we use your information

To match you with lending partners and forward your submitted details to them so they can contact you with their own quotes.
To operate, secure, and improve the site.
To comply with legal obligations and keep records of consent.

Who we share it with

When you submit the lender-connection form, your information is shared with up to four lending partners matched to your loan type, location, and credit range. Those lenders may contact you directly — including by phone calls and text messages, which may be autodialed — at the number you provide. Each lender's use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy. We may receive compensation from lending partners for this referral.

We do not otherwise sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who host our infrastructure (such as Cloudflare), or if required by law.

Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, and learn more about opting out of third-party ad cookies at www.aboutads.info. Consent for users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we show you a consent message before any advertising cookies are set, using Google's certified consent management platform (CMP) under the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework. The message lets you consent to, decline, or manage the use of cookies and personal data for personalized and non-personalized advertising by Google and its listed ad partners.

Legal bases. Ads-related processing relies on your consent; some ad partners may also rely on legitimate interest, which you can object to from the same message via "Manage options".
Withdrawing consent. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time using the "Privacy & cookie settings" link in the footer of every page.
Default behavior. Until you make a choice, ad storage, ad personalization, and analytics storage are disabled for visitors from these regions (Google Consent Mode).

Data retention

We keep lead submissions for as long as needed to operate the referral service and meet legal record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time using the contact below.

Your choices and rights

You can use every calculator on this site without submitting any personal information.
You can ask lenders who contact you to stop contacting you, and you can revoke your consent at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email us and we will honor valid requests.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision; material changes will be posted on this page.
