By using Migrify.AI (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What Migrify.AI is — and isn't

Migrify.AI is a calculator and referral service. We are not a lender, broker, or financial advisor. We do not issue loans, quotes, pre-qualifications, or pre-approvals.
All calculator results are estimates for educational purposes only. Your actual payment, rate, and eligibility depend on your credit profile, location, lender underwriting, taxes, insurance, fees, and other factors we cannot see.
Nothing on the Site is financial, legal, or tax advice. Always confirm figures with a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

Lender matching

If you submit the "connect with lenders" form, you authorize us to share your submitted information with up to four lending partners, and you consent to being contacted by them at the phone number you provide — including by autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and message/data rates may apply. You can revoke consent with any lender directly. We may receive compensation from lending partners for referrals; this can influence which partners we match you with.

Lenders are independent businesses. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any communication, quote, or agreement between you and any lender.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information or another person's information without their permission.
Do not scrape, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Site or its APIs.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the lender-connection form.

Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, and code are owned by Migrify.AI or its licensors. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Advertising

The Site displays third-party advertisements (including Google AdSense). We do not endorse and are not responsible for advertised products or services. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising cookies work. Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland are shown a consent message before advertising cookies are used, and can change their choices anytime via the "Privacy & cookie settings" link in the footer.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Migrify.AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any decision you make in reliance on calculator estimates. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
